Zach Houston is an Exercise Physiologist and wellness professional with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and quality of life. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine from Weber State University in 2008, Zach built an extensive clinical background in neurological rehabilitation, providing more than 10,000 hours of therapeutic exercise for individuals living with spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, and other complex conditions.
In 2013, Zach co-founded All Abilities Personal Training, where he developed personalized, evidence-informed wellness programs for individuals of all abilities, including seniors, veterans, amputees, and elite athletes. His collaborative, goal-oriented approach combines functional training, adaptive exercise, and neuromuscular techniques to promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being. Zach is passionate about creating a positive healing environment where every individual feels empowered to achieve their highest level of health and function.
