Shawna Beck serves as the Patient Care Coordinator for Empowered Palliative Care and Empowered Endings, where she is often the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals seeking guidance during serious illness and end-of-life care. Since joining the team in 2022, she has brought warmth, compassion, and more than 20 years of experience across hospitals, outpatient clinics, mental health services, PACE programs, geriatrics, and hospice care.
Passionate about helping individuals navigate complex healthcare decisions, Shawna is dedicated to connecting patients and families with the resources, education, and personalized support they need to make informed choices with confidence and dignity. Her calm, empathetic approach helps ensure every person feels heard, cared for, and supported from their very first interaction.
