Marlo Smith is a board-certified hospice and palliative care music therapist, grief counselor, and end-of-life doula who has been supporting individuals and families navigating serious illness since 2008.
Drawing from a holistic, person-centered, and existential approach, Marlo creates compassionate spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s most profound transitions. She integrates evidence-based music therapy, grief counseling, and expressive healing practices to help patients and loved ones find comfort, meaning, and connection throughout the end-of-life journey.
In addition to her work with patients and families, Marlo facilitates grief workshops and bereavement support groups, gently guiding participants through the healing process with empathy, presence, and hope. Her calming presence and deep commitment to whole-person care help individuals discover resilience, peace, and dignity, even during life’s most challenging moments.
