Karianne Tyler, MBA serves as the Senior Executive Assistant to Dr. Bob Uslander, providing strategic operational leadership and executive support for Empowered Endings and Empowered Palliative Care. With a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and a diverse background in healthcare administration, legal operations, medical education, and executive leadership, Karianne oversees organizational initiatives that strengthen patient care, educational programming, and community outreach.
Working closely with Dr. Bob, she leads projects ranging from business operations, process improvement, and compliance to marketing, continuing education development, and special events. She is passionate about creating systems that allow compassionate care to flourish while ensuring patients, families, and healthcare professionals receive exceptional support and resources.
